The Get Off The Couch Foundation is focused on enabling children to lead active, connected, and healthy lives through outdoor exploration. The GOTC Foundation actively seeks out and supports programs that encourage physical activity and foster community, exposing children to new experiences that ensure personal growth and development.

Tower Walk: Enjoy an easy 1.25-mile hike with stunning views.

Hiking: Explore the scenic beginner, intermediate, and advanced trails at beautiful Norbrook Farm (provided trail maps and directions).
Mountain Biking: Guided & self-led mountain biking rides will be available to beginner, intermediate, and advanced riders on the well-designed bike trails at.

KC&E Learn to MTB Kids Clinic: Hosted by our incredible partner KC&E -beginner and intermediate clinics will be offered at no cost to introduce and expand children's mountain biking skills!
*Separate sign-up & waiver required. This communication will be emailed after event registration and ticket purchase*
Disc Golf: Play an 18-hole course (3 miles) – bring your own discs or rent on-site!
